The main course of THE CRAFT's new signature dish is a 100% Ikeda beef hamburger steak and Chicago pizza made with Hanabata Farm's raclette cheese! The hamburger steak, which can be served because the meat is procured fresh every day, looks like a normal hamburger steak but is actually rare inside! You can eat it as it is, but you can also cook it to your liking on a hot stone! Enjoy this reasonably priced course of hamburgers that go perfectly with alcohol!
